Wildlife Habitat at Lanchester
Lanchester Landfill has been a member of the Wildlife Habitat Council since February, 2009, and gained Wildlife Habitat Certification on November 11, 2010. Since then the certification through the WHC has changed to Conservation Certification. Lanchester Landfill has a strong commitment to improve the habitat with the planting of native species and the management of invasive species.
